I was born and raised in Nebraska, spending a majority of this time in Lincoln. I worked for the US government for 20 years, serving three years in the Army, including 13 months in Korea. The remaining years I worked for the NRCS in the Soil Survey Lab in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Following my retirement in 2006 I attended a creative writing class at the John C Campbell Folk Art School in Brasstown NC where I discovered my passion for writing.
For four years I wrote a column, A Senior Moment in our local senior\’s paper 55+. My short stories have been published in the The Storyteller magazine. My reminising pieces have been published in Good Old Days magazine as well as three Lincoln books. Four short westerns E-published by Western Trail Blazer are available at Amazon, B&N, and Smashwords. A short crime story, Last Assignment is free from Barnes & Noble and Smashwords.
